With “Bleisure Traveller@Tour”, NeumannConsult and Bleisure Traveller are bringing the latest market data, strategic insights, and practical product development directly to travel destinations, cities, and tourism businesses. The aim is to develop and showcase offers that make bleisure travel and workations even more attractive for business travellers.

“The demand is already there. At the same time, the findings of the Bleisure & Workation Monitor Germany show that many destinations and tourism businesses are not yet systematically tapping into this potential,” says Prof. Dr. Peter Neumann, Managing Director of NeumannConsult and Professor of Tourism Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
On-site hands-on workshops – webinars as an introduction
Bespoke hands-on workshops begin by analysing the specific bleisure and workation situation of the destination or business. Based on the latest market insights, tailor-made offerings, strategies, and solutions are then developed together with the stakeholders on site. NeumannConsult contributes its many years of consulting experience and the findings of the Bleisure & Workation Monitor, while Bleisure Traveller brings the perspective of business travellers and its media reach.
“What makes the concept special is that the work does not end with the hands-on workshop. We will subsequently showcase selected, newly developed offerings in our international magazine,” explains Sylvie Konzack, editor-in-chief. Accompanying webinars provide a compact introduction as well as an opportunity for a general exchange of experiences.
The first session is already scheduled: on 8 October 2026, between 10 am and 11 am. The topic will be “Bleisure & Workation – The Demand Is There, But Where Are the Offers?” Those wishing to explore the potential for their own destination or business in greater depth can then take the next step in a bespoke Bleisure Traveller@Tour hands-on workshop.
