“Following the successful launch, we’re moving straight on to the next webinar: on 11 November 2026, Prof. Dr Peter Neumann and the Bleisure Traveller will present workation statistics and engage in a discussion with DMOs, hotels and service providers about workation ideas and specific offers. This time’s guest: Dr Andreas Zimmer.”
Dr Andreas Zimmer is Head of Destination Development at TMB Tourismus-Marketing Brandenburg GmbH and, together with Prof. Dr Peter Neumann, forms part of the research team behind the Bleisure & Workation Monitor Germany. At the webinar ‘Workation & Co. – the ideas are there, but how can we put them into practice?’, taking place on 11 November 2026, he will be sharing insights online into Brandenburg’s workation initiatives. TMB / Reiseland Brandenburg was also recognised for this at this year’s Loyalty Workation Awards as “Best Bleisure Traveller Destination 2026”.
In addition, Peter Neumann, professor of tourism and managing director of NeumannConsult, will present the first-ever workation figures from the Bleisure & Workation Monitor Germany during the webinar. The subsequent expert discussion will focus on questions such as: Which target groups are workations aimed at? How different are the concepts already on the market? How can they be implemented and marketed? Which partners are needed?

The webinar will take place on 11 November 2026 between 10 am and 11 am. Hotels, serviced apartment providers, destinations, tourism organisations, convention bureaux and service providers in this sector can register HERE. The participation fee is 49 euros plus VAT.
“Participation is limited to 20 people to ensure an active professional forum. Participants’ own questions and experiences are expressly welcome,” emphasises Peter Neumann, professor of tourism and managing director of NeumannConsult. Following the webinar, participants will receive a concise summary.
“Figures collected for the first time and an honest, inspiring exchange in a small, intimate setting – we want to build on what everyone appreciated and participated in so enthusiastically at the inaugural webinar on bleisure in October,” says Sylvie Konzack, editor-in-chief of Bleisure Traveller, who will also be moderating the second webinar.
The webinar is part of the new Bleisure Traveller@Tour format, which NeumannConsult and Bleisure Traveller launched jointly in September. In on-site practical workshops, they develop bespoke bleisure and workation concepts in collaboration with destinations and hotels. Bleisure Traveller features selected, newly developed offers in its magazine. You can find more information here.
