Here are the winners of the 2026 Loyalty Workation Awards

Reiseland Brandenburg, Nook Lakehouse, and Holafly were named winners of the Loyalty Workation Awards yesterday in Frankfurt. This marks the second time the awards have been presented since 2024.

Eleven hotels, destinations, and mobile suppliers in the bleisure and workation sectors had been nominated. In the “Best Workation Hotel 2026” category, the Nook Lakehouse in Bad Saarow won over the jury. This innovative concept near Berlin focuses on offsites and retreats for international companies as well as workations with families. In the medium term, the company aims to turn its guests into co-investors and thus continue to grow. Other strong nominees in the category included 360 Grad by Teamgeist in Heidesee near Berlin, A by Adina Vienna in Vienna, and Rioca Konstanz Posto 10 in Konstanz.

In the “Best Bleisure Traveler Destination 2026” category, the travel destination Brandenburg / TMB Tourismus-Marketing Brandenburg GmbH took first place. For several years now, the state has been promoting the establishment of hotels with bleisure and workation concepts, including through a “Handbook for New Work Experiences.” Close behind was the Convention Bureau Rhineland-Palatinate / Mainzplus GmbH, which has been promoting its own bleisure concept for the entire region since 2021 and held a bleisure theme year in 2023. Leipzig Tourism and Marketing GmbH and Visit Qatar were also among the top four Bleisure Traveler Destinations for 2026.

The winner in the “Best Work@Mobile Supplier 2026” category was Holafly. The eSIM provider prevailed over Singapore Airlines and Emirates, the other nominees.
The Loyalty Workation Awards generally focused on programs and offerings that enable flexible, inspiring, and personalized work from anywhere, as well as promote bleisure stays as an important benefit and loyalty tool.

The jury for the Loyalty Workation Awards 2026 consisted of Celine Chang (Professor of Human Resources Management at the Faculty of Tourism at Munich University of Applied Sciences and co-leader of the New Work research group), Jens Schließmann (Managing Director of the German Business Travel Association VDR), Ulf-Gunnar Switalski (loyalty specialist and host of the DACH Loyalty Days), as well as Sylvie Konzack and Kai Böcking (both founders and publishers of Bleisure Traveller).
The Loyalty Workation Awards 2026 were part of the Bonus Award Ceremony held during the DACH Loyalty Days, which took place on Tuesday and Wednesday in Frankfurt. At the industry conference, around 200 experts exchanged views on trends and programs in customer and employee retention.
