Which are currently the best hotels, destinations, and mobile suppliers in the bleisure and workation sector? The German Bonus Awards, together with Bleisure Traveller, are presenting the new Loyalty Workation Awards.
The Loyalty Workation Awards focus on programs and offers that promote flexible, inspiring, and individual working from anywhere, as well as bleisure stays as an important benefit and loyalty tool. The awards recognize hotels, destinations, and mobile suppliers that are redefining the concept of new work with innovative concepts. Until February 28, 2026, you can apply in three categories: Best Workation Hotel 2026, Best Bleisure Traveler Destination 2026 and Best Work@Mobile Supplier 2026. An independent jury of experts from the sectors business, media, tourism, and science will evaluate all submissions and select the winners. The winners will be announced at the Bonus Award Ceremony during the DACH Loyalty Days on March 25, 2026, in Frankfurt. At the DACH Loyalty Days themselves, up to 200 experts spend two days discussing trends and programs in customer and employee loyalty.
Pioneers ahead
The German Bonus Awards had already presented the Loyalty Award together with Bleisure Traveller in 2024, back then only in the Best Workation Hotel category. The winners were the KPM Hotel & Residences in Berlin, followed by the Adina Hotel Munich in Munich and the W Hotel in Costa Navarino in Greece. “Employers who managed to offer their employees freedom, flexibility, and inspiration build long-term trust and loyalty,” Sylvie Konzack and Kai Böcking emphasize. The organizer of the German Bonus Awards, Ulf-Gunnar Switalski, says: “Together with Bleisure Traveller, we will honor those pioneers who are actively shaping this development as providers or service providers in 2026.”
