Loyalty Days is a brand-new conference from customer loyalty programme expert, bonus award creator and book author Ulf-Gunnar Switalski. Together with his team, he invites loyalty and CRM experts and decision-makers to expand their knowledge in the field, network with like-minded people and engage in valuable discussions.
The premiere of the Bene Loyalty Days will take place in Ghent, Belgium, on 1 April 2025, followed by the DACH Loyalty Days in Frankfurt, Germany, on 3 and 4 April 2025. At the first DACH Loyalty Days, around 30 speakers are expected at the Marriott Airport Hotel in Frankfurt, and about six workshops are planned. On the evening of 3 April 2025, the presentation of this year’s Bonus Awards will take place as a further highlight, including in the category of Employer Loyalty for the best workation hotel and the best bleisure travel destination together with the bleisure traveller magazine.
