New print edition of Bleisure Traveller now at airports

The summer issue of Bleisure Traveller has been published as a print magazine with a completely new look. In addition to new study results on Bleisure & Workation, the focus is on a special on Qatar as well as reports on Thailand, Cuba, Israel and Sylt. The magazine is available at major German and Viennese airports, in hotel lounges and, of course, from us.”

In 2018, the Bleisure Traveller magazine went online, since 2020 it has also been available in print and since 2023 it has been self-published with a completely new look. The summer print edition of Bleisure Traveller has just been published with a circulation of 30,000 copies at the lounges and gates of the airports in Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf, Berlin and Vienna as well as in selected hotel lounges – in German and English.

Our dossier focuses on how much Workation & Bleisure is already present, accepted and lived. On the topic of Workation@Apartment, we recommend domestic destinations for first workation attempts and the possibilities of serviced apartments, which usually also provide work areas. We also discuss how companies should think in terms of new travel risk and mobility concepts in the travel management sector.

We were on the road in Qatar with a big special on work opportunities at the airport and in Qatar Airways planes as well as on workation options in the country itself. We also looked for and found bleisure and workation opportunities in Cuba, Thailand, South Africa, Israel and Sylt, among other places. Finally, for our well-known column “My Life as a Bleisure Traveller”, we spoke to star chef Tim Raue, whose new book “Herr Raue reist – So schmeckt die Welt” will be published in September.

“We are pleased that the topics of Bleisure, Workation and Remote Work have gained so much interest in the meantime and that we can grow our magazine in this way this year,” say editors Kai Böcking and Sylvie Konzack. In future, they will publish a print edition of Bleisure Traveller twice a year, the next one in January 2024.
