“On 21 September 2021, the Association of Berlin Merchants and Industrialists (VBKI) will discuss the perspectives and potentials of ‘Remote Work & Travel’ with experts in Berlin. The Bleisure Traveller will also be taking part in the hybrid round table.”
Topics such as home office, remote work or workation have finally reached the world of work with the pandemic. The Verein Berliner Kaufleute und Industrieller (VBKI), which has around 2,300 members, is taking an in-depth look at the new working models and discussing opportunities and risks as part of the expert panel “Remote Work & Travel” on 21 September 2021 in Berlin. The focus will be on the legal, entrepreneurial and scientific perspectives.
Participants include Karsten Bich (Member of the Executive Board of the German Institute for Standardisation) and Prof. Dr. Robert von Steinau-Steinrück (Employment Law Specialist, Partner Employment, Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH), as well as Prof. Maximiliane Wilkesmann from TU Dortmund University and Sylvie Konzack, Editor-in-Chief of Bleisure Traveller.
“I am looking forward to exploring the new opportunities in the field of remote work with Berlin entrepreneurs in a committed round. The topic definitely offers more opportunities than risks,” Sylvie Konzack is convinced. The event will take place hybrid on 21 September 2021 at 6.30 p.m. in Berlin at the Ludwig Erhard Haus in the Goldberger Saal as well as via Zoom.
